Ok you've prolly noticed by now that nothing on this page seems to work. No this isn't an error on my part, well at least not totally. Seems that when I requested to be part of this site I put something other than the comic name for the site name, so I got stuck with what is here right now. Well I'm fixing this problem and once I get a new site with the proper name then everything will work right. This page in fact is set up to work right what the new site comes up, that way I don't have to do all the changes at that time. Saturday Jan 21 I'M HERE! Or back or whichever. I'm real excited about this actually. I have done a lot to improve and upgrade both the site and the comic. Goodbye to that glaring white page and those pictures that looked like a child drew them. So what's new with MedEVIL? Well if you never heard of MedEVIL before, and I'm betting that almost nobody here has, I have upgraded to a more cartoonish anime style of drawing. the drawings themselves are more detailed and full of life, yet retain the simple charm that they possessed before. I'm just hoping you as the reader enjoy the strip as much as I enjoy drawing it. As of yet, since this is still a relatively new comic, I have nothing to sell, but my hopes are to fix that problem depending on the interest and demand. Of course my main priority is for you the readers to simply read and enjoy. After all, that's what comics are all about. The first comic is up, beautifully remastered from the original, which, if you feel really DARING you can go HERE to see the awful original. What's really bad is that I actually thought this was good when I first did it. Still trying to determine what medication I must have been on to think that.. Now after a lot of trial and error I finally have it down to a good comic page size. You shoulda seen it before, it was TWICE as large, ok not quite that large, more like 10% more, but that made a BIG difference, in more ways than one. Well hopefully I won't make that mistake again now that I reduced the scan size to 50%, so I get the size that you see above. Now you can enjoy the comic without scrolling, at least I hope so. The reason this comic is so fuzzy is due to the fact I had to resize by 50% after it was already colored and worded, basically after is was done. *sigh* Well live and learn, only to forget and make the same mistake later eh? That won't happen in any future comics though I can guarantee, well ALMOST guarantee. Unfortunately I can't do much more with this one so I apologize if it is fuzzy. That is the bad thing about resizing after it's been scanned and inked. Again this shouldn't happen again, unless of course my own vision is fuzzy, but we won't get into that right now. |
